Lice

Bed bugs are also known as bed bugs. Bed bugs are often treated in Hong Kong to kill fleas.

What are bed bugs?

Bed bugs are tiny parasitic insects that feed only on the blood of warm-blooded animals. There are two species of bed bugs that are a nuisance to humans, namely the temperate bed bug (Cimex lectularius) and the tropical bed bug (Cimex hemipterus). The former is found worldwide, while the latter is mainly found in tropical regions. Both species of bed bugs can be found in Hong Kong.

Fleas usually live on mammals, including dogs, cats and mice. They feed on the blood of animals. Fleas bites can cause redness, swelling and itching of the skin, and sometimes cause skin inflammation and other health problems.

Fleas prefer to breed and live in damp, dark, and unclean environments, such as homes, pet beds, carpets, and sofas. They reproduce very quickly; a pair of fleas can multiply into thousands in a month.

If your pet is constantly licking and chewing its skin, or is extremely itchy, it may have a flea infestation. Fleas usually live on your pet's neck, back, abdomen, and inner thighs.
